Summary:
Literature reviews play an important part of the preliminary sections of your eventual final paper. In order to help you better prepare for the final paper, you will be expected to read and summarize a total of ten (10) candidate research works of your own choosing this semester You may choose whether or not to reference your candidate research works in your eventual final paper, if you feel that the papers are relevant enough after reading and summarizing them. Use the above template to complete your summary, and refer to the instructions below for further details.
- Title: Write the title of the paper here.
- Authors: Write the names of all the authors of the paper here.
- Venue: Write the name of the research venue (e.g., conference, journal, book) and the year that it was published here.
- Source Link: Write the research venue's source link here. The source link must be from an established research venue and not from an obscure website.

- IEEE Xplore (paywall)
- Google Scholar
For the paywall sites, you must either be on-campus or access those sites through TAMU Library by following the steps below.
- Go to the TAMU Library site.
- Click on Popular Databases>>.
- Click on More>>.
- Next to Search for Databases, type the name of the paywall sites, (e.g., ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore).
- Log into your student account with your NetID and password.
